Helping people move one step closer to Jesus

Dear Campus Life friend,

I knew something was up when one of our volunteers came towards me down the hall with a HUGE smile on his face. He was beaming as he told me about a student at Adventure Camp who had just surrendered his life to Jesus. I know that heaven rejoices when a person comes to Christ, but this volunteer (as well as all of our staff and volunteers) was really happy as well.  These are the moments we live for in ministry.  Sometimes it’s a teen just making a God-honoring decision.  Sometimes it’s an adult trying to lead their family in a God-honoring way.  Sometimes it’s a kid in jail reading a Bible for the first time.  And sometimes, it’s a child surrendering their life to Christ. 

It’s all REALLY good, and it’s all a part of helping people move one step closer to Jesus. 

At Campus Life, we get to see some REALLY good things.

GAME ON!  With the start of the school year, ALL of the Campus Life ministries are off and running for another year (check out our website for a full list - www.GoCampusLife.com).  Summer is great, but getting back to our regular schedule of outreaches and programs is always an exciting time. Enhanced children and youth activities, expanded Encore (senior adult)

programming, growing outreaches into the juvenile jail and assisted living facilities, as well as our new Women’s Sisterhood events, and new Bible studies are all going to make for an AWESOME year.  As we always say, God opens doors, we walk through them, and He does immeasurably more than we could ever imagine or ask for. To God be the glory, great things He has done, and is doing here at Campus Life.

This is God’s ministry, and YOU are invited to be a part of it with us.  Plug in, get involved, enjoy the opportunities that He is providing. Tell your friends, invite your neighbors, there is a place for EVERYONE.
