Looking for reasons to say...YES!

Dear Campus Life Friends –

One thing that I don’t do nearly enough is to brag on our awesome ministry directors and staff.  I could not ask for a better, more enjoyable team to do ministry with.  We are truly blessed to have each and every one of them.  One of the reasons I say this, is that as God opens new doors of opportunity, our ministry team looks for reasons to say yes to ministry, when a no would be much easier. Want some examples? Here you go:

In September we’re saying yes to:

· Expanded Children’s Ministry with our new Kids Second Saturday activities.

· Expanded Juvi. Jail Ministry opportunity in Fond du Lac.

· Expanded Senior Oasis assisted living visitation ministry in Random Lake.

· Expanded missions outreach to inner-city children.

How about some more yes’s?

· New and expanded Senior Adult opportunities including:

 - Expanded Senior Lunch Bunch to twice per month to accommodate

  growing attendance.

 - Monday morning Golden Gatherings featuring a variety of activities.

 - Fiber, Faith, and Fabric crocheter and knitters group.

 - First Wednesday BINGO.

 - O.W.L.S. - Older Wiser Loving Saints (formerly Senior Connect ) expanded options.

There are a lot of yes’s in there, and we’re excited as each opportunity helps people move One Step Closer To Jesus.  What are some of your reasons to say yes?

Our first ever Mother Son Adventure was a GREAT success. What a wonderful opportunity for moms and their sons of any age to build into that precious relationship, all designed around food, games and baseball. It was such a great time, and seemed to be really appreciated by the dozens of moms and sons that attended.

Our Family Fun Fair - Summer Fundraiser is almost here, August 23rd, 4 - 8 pm.  PLEASE JOIN US AND INVITE YOUR FRIENDS. It’s going to be a fantastic event providing family fun for all ages and helping Campus Life raise needed funds to continue and expand the ministry. 

Thank you for standing with us in the ministry. God continues to do some amazing work in the lives of Campus Life participants, and we greatly appreciate your partnership with us.  Please don’t forget us during these Summer months. Finances always get tighter this time of year, but God is faithful and you have been faithful. Thank you very much.
