Dear Campus Life Friends,
My predecessor here at Campus Life used to say, “numbers don’t tell you everything, but they do tell you something.” Wise words from a wise man. I was recently looking at how many people are involved in Campus Life Bible studies. The numbers I saw were amazing. Every week we have over 120 people participating in Bible studies for men, women, combined adults, youth and juvi. jail.
That’s a lot of people, and the truly remarkable thing is that... “so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. ” - Isaiah 55:11. God’s word, going into a person’s heart, MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
As people read and study the Bible: they are growing in their faith; making their faith their own; living out their faith; sharing their faith; and making a difference in the world around them. How incredible is that! And we get to be a part of it all.
Are you praying for us – regularly? I sure hope so. We live, survive and exist as a ministry ONLY because of God’s blessing and provision. We need your prayer support – every day, all the time. This has again been made very obvious to us recently when dealing with...
• comforting a person dealing with the loss of a spouse and the intense loneliness.
• helping struggling parents & children restore damaged relationships
• praying with a juvenile inmate who will be spending MANY years behind bars.
This list could go on forever, but I think you get the picture.
Little Prayer – Little Power, Much Prayer – Much Power.
God is at work and the ministry continues to move forward in faith. Thank you for all that you
do for this ministry. This is a battle and we are on the front lines for the hearts, minds and souls
of today’s youth and adults. We need you and cannot do this work without you. Your prayers,
love and support are greatly appreciated. Please continue to pray and financially contribute as
you are able. You are investing in eternity.
Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours! May God bless you as you are such a blessing to
us. Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.
Serving together,
