Dear Campus Life Friends,
Recently, a woman was sharing her faith walk with me. It was an amazing story of someone who was trapped in the drug world for many years, starting when she began using and selling in middle school. Though her journey was long and difficult, she can see now how God was with her and, as she says, “taking my mess and turning it into His message” of redemption. She is now a devout follower of Jesus, serving Him and loving on the hurting people of the world, and always ready
and excited to share the “good news” of hope in Jesus. Praise God - He is ALWAYS at work, even in the darkest of times.
Do you have messes? That’s okay. God can take your mess and turn it into His message.
We just need to have the faith to believe it. To have faith like a child and to trust in Him.
We are so ready for spring and summer. School year club programs are coming to an end, while at the same time we are gearing up for all of the great summer activities beginning soon. We don’t take a break over summer, it’s actually an enhanced time for ministry and outreach here at Campus Life. From Adventure Camp, summer club programs, bonfires, special events, mission trip and the 2nd Annual Kite Festival, everything is designed to help people move one step closer to Jesus. New and exciting things will be happening soon, and we can’t wait. Check out our newsletter and website for more details. Want to get involved? The Auction is coming! The Auction is coming! DON’T FORGET THE AUCTION!
The 2022 Campus Life Benefit Auction & Brat Fry is coming up fast! Our online auction will take place from May 26-30. The live auction and brat fry will happen on Thursday, June 2 at the Campus Life Family Center. The brat fry runs from 4-6:30 pm and the live auction from 6- 8 pm. We are still looking for more new items to include in this year’s auction. If you would like to donate something for the auction, simply drop it off no later than Friday, May 13. Bake sale items should be dropped off on either June 1 or 2. Invite your friends, come and bid, and have a wonderful evening. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT EVENT as all of the proceeds will be used to fund our summer camps and other Campus Life outreach programs for area youth and families. We need you to help make this an awesome evening!
